Green Juice Recipe


2 celery stalks
1/2 apple (I prefer to go easy on the sugar so I use 1/2 but if you need it sweeter, go with a whole one)
1 lemon peeled
a piece of ginger
1 1/2 cup of spinach
1 1/2 cup kale
a bunch of parsley
1/2 cucumber
1 cup of carrots.

Juice and enJOY!

For an extra protein boost, pour juice into blender and add a scoop of your favorite (clean) vanilla protein or a spoonful of almond butter.
