Grab your blender or Vitamix!
Throw in 8 ounces (roughly) your favorite coconut water. I love this 100% raw one by Harmless Harvest or you can go for a cheaper one such as Harvest Bay.
1/2 banana
1/2 scoop your favorite protein powder (try to go for a version without sugar and additives)
Toss in a big ol’ handful of leafy greens (kale, spinach, a blend– whatever)
Blend and you’re done. This will feel you up, give you an afternoon energy boost and make your skin glow all while hydrating you! Drink up!
